tts.verynormal.dev converts text to audio and delivers it to a personal podcast feed you can listen to in any podcast app. It lets you maintain a reading list of blogs, essays, and articles and work through them the way you would your favorite podcasts.

There are three ways to create episodes. The simplest is to paste a URL into the app. The tool fetches the content, strips out menus, sign-up buttons, and other clutter that wouldn't make sense as audio, and creates your episode. It will do its best to extract the title and author automatically.

If the URL requires a login or sits behind a paywall, paste the text directly instead. Highlight starting at the title, copy, and paste it into the form.

The third option is file upload, which is great for turning text and markdown files from your computer into episodes.
